"It's hard to tell what size I'll be. Can you help me?"
We know it's hard to shop online, because you can't try things on. We can say with 99.9% certainty the following statement:
"We use form fitting clothing that does not hang on you. It is slim fit and can be tight if you do not get the correct size. If you like your clothing fitted, then get the size you're used to. As long as you wash it in cold water and on low heat (or air dry) your clothing won't shrink. However, if you want a little give in your fit, we recommend going one size up from what you normally wear. This way you can wash it in hot water and dry on high heat if you need it to tighten up a bit."

"If you don't show a back version, is there anything printed on the back?"
Yes, there IS printing on the back. We put our logo on the back of the shirt, centered under the stitched neck line. We do not include the web address that is shown in the logo. We want people to know it's CEER!US Apparel but we don't want to advertise on the back, you can tell them where to get it! :)

"What type of clothing do you use?"
As of January 1, 2008, we use American Apparel and Tultex exclusively. These are form fitted clothing that we are very pleased with. Each item's clothing type will be specified on the web store so it is clear.

"Will you sponsor me?"
Send a press kit (materials to include: music if you're a band, video if you're an athlete, a letter to us explaining why you want to be affiliated with us and please be sure to include an email address so we can contact you if need be, and anything else you want to include to show us who you are) to the address below. We review everything that comes to us! If we like what we see and hear we will contact you about being sponsored.

"Do the prices include postage?"
No. Shipping costs are calculated based on where you live, within the shopping cart in the next step of ordering. You can always find out what the cost of shipping your item(s) will be by selecting your items on the web store and selecting "check out" to then enter your location and see the cost of shipping and the total cost of your order. At this point you've bought nothing until you accept what you see, so you can always exit once you see your shipping cost/final cost.

"How can I pay for my order?"
Domestic Orders
* Credit Card - Recommended. Through PayPal, it's the safest and fastest way for us to receive payment, and for you to receive your merchandise. You can order via credit card through our webSTORE.
* Personal Check - Please allow 5-10 business days for it to clear.
* Money Order - A money order works just like a check, but there is no need to wait for it to clear because you've already paid for it. You can get a money order at any post office and at most banks. However, expect a few dollar surcharge.
* Cash - We do NOT accept cash.

International Orders
* Credit Card - Recommended. Through PayPal, it's the safest and fastest way for us to receive payment, and for you to receive your merchandise. We ship ANYWHERE. You can order via credit card through our webSTORE.
* Money Order - If you'd like to pay by International Money Order, it must be in US Dollars.
* Personal Check - We do NOT accept personal checks from anywhere outside the US (this includes Canada).
* Cash - We will NOT accept foreign cash as payment. If you send it, we'll keep it as a souvenir.

"How secure is this store?"
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

"Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?"
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from us. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

"Can I pay through mailorder?"

"How long will it take to process and ship my order?"
We could ship your order the same day, so long as your payment has cleared and we have your merchandise in stock. However we may not have your merchandise in stock and we'll have to get it from our warehouse. For that reason, allow 1-3 weeks for your merchandise to arrive. Regardless, we'll e-mail you within 48hours of you placing the order and let you know when you can expect your merchandise.

"Can I return or exchange an item?"
- All exchanged/returned clothing must be unworn, unwashed and clean. (we sent it to you, so we know how it should look under those circumstances)
- All returns/exchanges must be sent back to us within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice.

* Returns/Exchanges - We will only accept returns/exchanges if the merchandise is damaged (see next question), or you received merchandise different from what you initially ordered (see below).
* If you receive the wrong merchandise - You can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. Please make a copy of the invoice sent to you, circle the correct size on the invoice copy, and send us that copy with the incorrect merchandise. Write on the invoice your e-mail address as we'll e-mail you once we receive your merchandise.

"What do I do if merchandise arrived damaged?"
If merchandise arrives damaged, please send us back the damaged merchandise within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice. The merchandise must be clean, unwashed, and unworn. Please make a copy of the invoice sent to you and send us that copy with the damaged merchandise. Write on the invoice your e-mail address as we'll e-mail you once we receive your merchandise. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs as we will send you a check to reimburse your postage. We will send out replacement merchandise when we receive the damaged merchandise. There are no refunds issued for merchandise damaged in shipping. We will only perform an exchange for that same merchandise. If for whatever reason the item is not in stock, we’ll issue a store credit.

"How long will it take to get back a reurn/exchange?"
Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed.

"I bought something I see on your web store at a show, can I exchange it?"
Sorry, because we run promotions on merchandise all the time at shows, we cannot exchange merchandise that was not purchased through the web store. Merchandise sales at shows are final.

"I am under 18. Can I still buy something from you?"
Please get your parent's consent if you are under the age of 18 and would like to buy something from our webSTORE. If any purchase made by a minor is transacted, we will not void the transaction solely because the purchase was made by a minor. CEER!US will not purchase back the sold material(s), give a refund on the material(s), or pay to ship the material(s) back to us.
